About Me
Let me introduce myself and explain my therapeutic philosophy
My education consists of a Doctor of Psychology degree and a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling. I am a New York State Licensed LCMHC and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario Canada, (CRPO). My experience is in the hospital setting, both in-patient, and out-patient. Most people that I have worked with suffered from comorbid mental health disorders.
My job is to interpret and apply current theory and empirically validated treatments in an ethical manner that are related to your symptoms, with the goal of relieving your distress.

Telepsychology Appointments
Telepsychology is the delivery of psychological services using interactive audio or audiovisual electronic systems where the therapist and the client are not in the same physical location. The interactive electronic systems used in telepsychology incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the confidentiality of patient information and audio and visual data. . I use VSEE communications for this service, and it is encrypted end to end. I do have a Business Associates Agreement (BAA) with VSEE, to be incompliance with (HIPPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, of 1996.
